Ashcroft and Castle Creek Valley
Leading through the historic ghost town of Ashcroft are numerous trails for hiking, biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Located in the White River National Forest, the area was one of the first designated cross-country skiing areas in the United States. Approximately 21 mi (35 km) of trails are waiting to be explored throughout the year.
